1. Registration and Payment
1.1 All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
1.2 Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other options specified during booking.
1.3 Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.
2. Course Access
2.1 Upon registration, you will receive access details (e.g., zoom meeting links) via email. Ensure you provide accurate contact information.
2.2 Course materials and session links are non-transferable and intended for the registered student only.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Students can cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
3.2 The refund turnaround time is 5 – 7 working days. (i.e The number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.)
3.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
3.4 No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
